Purchase Terms
All Nooro® product pricing, descriptions, and availability is subject to change at any time. Prior purchases are not affected by changes after the order date.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to purchase the product(s) and have read and accepted our terms and conditions. All purchases are final – no refunds or exchanges are permitted unless required by law or noted below.
Shipping and Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your products in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates and times. Shipping delays due to weather, customs, and other issues are possible. We ship within the United States and to select international countries – please contact us if you have any delivery questions.

Returns and Refunds: We stand behind our massage products and will accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged during shipment, or significantly different than advertised. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide valid proof of purchase. We will determine the validity of return/refund requests at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Gift Cards and Promotions: Nooro® gift cards, discount codes and other promotions are subject to additional terms available on the website. Gift cards and codes are not redeemable for cash and expire one year after issue.
Product Warranty: Nooro® massage products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects and malfunctions during normal use. This does not include damage from misuse or accidents. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase – please contact us as soon as possible and before 1 year from purchase date. We will determine warranty claim validity at our sole discretion.
Usage Terms
Nooro® massage devices are designed for personal in-home use only. Our products are meant to supplement medical treatment plans – we do not provide medical advice or replace advice given by your physician. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor before use.
Improper usage, unauthorized modifications or alterations to our products will void your warranty and could result in injury or medical issues.
